How do I end my storage rental?
We require a 14-day written notice before moving out.
Before vacating, please:
✅ Leave the unit clean and in good condition
✅ Remove your padlock
✅ Notify us once you've vacated so we can close your account
Your deposit will be refunded within 21 days, minus any deductions for unpaid fees, cleaning, or damages.

Should I book my storage unit in advance?
Yes! Reserving a storage unit guarantees availability and prevents disappointment. A £10 reservation fee applies, which will be deducted from your first rental payment or refunded if you cancel before your move-in date

Do I have to pack everything in boxes?
No, but storing items in boxes helps protect your belongings and maximizes space within your unit.

What do I need to bring to rent a unit?
You’ll need:

Do you accept parcel deliveries on my behalf?
No, we do not handle customer deliveries or goods.

Do I need insurance for my stored items?
Yes. Insurance is required for all stored items. Your belongings must remain adequately insured at all times, either through your own provider or an insurance policy arranged through us.

How easy is it to access my storage unit?
Our self-storage facility is conveniently located at Little Clayhill Farm, with drive-up access to the building for quick and easy loading and unloading.

When can I access my storage unit?
You can access your unit between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM, seven days a week.

Are the storage units temperature-controlled?
No, our units are not climate-controlled, but they are insulated and ventilated to maintain a stable environment.

Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes, a £50 deposit is required when you move in. This will be refunded when you vacate, provided there are no outstanding fees, cleaning charges, or damages.

Are there additional fees I should be aware of?
We aim for transparent pricing, but additional charges may apply, including:
💰 Late Payment Fee – Greater of £10 or 10% of your storage fee
💰 Cleaning Fee – If the unit is not left clean upon move-out
